The Cabins
Our lovely self contained cabins are air conditioned with private ensuites.
The cabins can sleep up to five people. Linen and towels are included and the cabins are fully 
appointed with television, microwave, stove, cooking utensils and a large fridge - everything needed to make your home-away-from-home; and we are just a short walk to Bitter Springs Thermal Pools!
Built on an old WW2 army site, each cabin has its own verandah, an undercover carport and your own private barbeque. All our cabins are well spaced for privacy and have bush views of the native woodland and the spectacular termite mounds (anthills) that are abundant in our area.
Cabin guests have use of the coin operated laundry in the Campground and there are clothes drying lines beside each cabin.
The Telstra 3G mobile phone network is available and we also have NomadNet public wireless broadband internet service.
Our kiosk sells essential items such as bread, milk and ice. We also sell souvenirs, fishing lures and swimming noodles. Masks and snorkels are available to hire. Our speciality is fresh frozen locally grown Mango. Yum-mee!!

Cost is from $150 for a single or double. Extra adults are $20 and kids $10.

- Three kilometres from the Stuart Highway and Mataranka township
- On sealed road access
- Two kilometres from the nearest restaurant
- 500 metres from Bitter Springs Thermal Pools
- Five minutes drive from the Mataranka Thermal Pools
- Twenty minutes drive from the start of the walking trail to Mataranka Falls
- Twenty minutes from the old Elsey Cemetery
